Let Us Take Care Of You

Our services

Comprehensive Visual & Ocular Health Exams

Your eye exam will consist of two parts: optimizing vision and checking eye health. Common chronic health conditions such as diabetes can affect the eyes as well. We screen for concurrent ocular disease during your exam, along with conditions like Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, and Cataracts.

Ocular Disease Evaluation & Treatment

Though your comprehensive exam serves to screen for the presence of acute or chronic disease, some conditions may require further evaluation and management. Wink houses all of the latest technology so that we may properly care for our patients. Conditions that may require further attention include Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Cataracts, Diabetic Retinopathy, and more.

Dry Eye Consultation & Treatment

Texas has erratic weather changes and dryness, but it's not the only cause of dry eyes. Dr. Gohel aims to find the cause and treat the problem at its root. Symptoms include dry, itchy, watery, or red eyes and discomfort wearing contacts. Other conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogren's, Lupus, Rosacea, and Thyroid issues can affect tear film and mucosal surfaces. Wink Optical and Eye Care considers all factors to provide lasting relief.

Now offering ZEST protocol treatment for chronic blepharitis.

Contact Lenses

Dr. Gohel is capable of fitting a range of contact lenses based on your specific needs. Certain ocular conditions may require a more specialized lens, these may include - Scleral Contact Lenses, Rigid Gas Permeables, Custom Soft Contact Lenses, and Prosthetic lenses. After spending careful time assessing the patient and evaluating their unique history, Dr. Gohel will be able to review with each patient which lens could best resolve their visual needs.

LASIK & Cataract Evaluation

We are happy to evaluate your vision and your corneal health to assess if you are a good candidate for refractive surgery. Additionally, we will give you information regarding the longevity of such a procedure and potential side effects which could impact your decision. Our goal is to help you find the right fit for your visual needs and lifestyle.
