Founder, Optometrist, Glaucoma Specialist
Riddhi Gohel, OD
Dr. Riddhi Gohel is a certified Glaucoma specialist and Therapeutic Optometrist who graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors of Science. She obtained her Doctorate in Optometry from the New England College of Optometry, specializing in specialty contact lenses during her rotation in Boston. Dr. Gohel gained extensive experience fitting specialty lenses for patients with conditions like Keratoconus, Corneal Scarring, Post Corneal Transplant, Severe Dry Eye, etc. working her 1st year post grad in Dallas. Dr. Gohel transplanted to Austin, TX shortly after and never looked back. She has been practicing in Austin for 3 years and is excited about bringing her passion to Wink Optical and Eye Care. Outside of work, Dr. Gohel enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, dancing Bharatnatyam, and spending time with loved ones.

Kim Dunnigan
I'm a Navy brat, raised by a Top Gun pilot, and have devoted over 35 years to the optical and ophthalmology field. My diverse roles included technician, optical sales, frame boards, and extensive customer service. I'm committed to staying current through continuous learning and courses. For me, it's not just a job; it's about forging personal connections with patients who become like family.
Sun City Georgetown is my current home, and I'm fascinated by the evolving landscape of Leander. I appreciate the flexibility and generosity of my employer, making every day a learning opportunity. Beyond work, I'm an outdoor enthusiast and actively volunteer for the Round Rock Police Department, contributing to community well-being.
Family is a source of immense pride, especially my seven grandchildren ranging from three to 27 years old. Their presence is a constant source of joy and gratitude in my life.
Meeting new people is a passion, and I approach it with a commitment to providing a warm, personalized experience. We can’t talk about Wink without talking about these two. Dr. Gohel is the proud daughter of two of the hardest working individuals she has ever met. Chandresh and Shobhana Gohel played an integral part in the start of Wink Optical and Eye Care in that they are responsible for raising their daughter to be the ambitious and successful woman she is today. Being the daughter of immigrants, Dr. Gohel saw first hand the tough climb her parents had to make to achieve their own success, and in a foreign land. Winks founding is rooted in the very dogma that her culture and family instilled within her, which is to be kind, and care for all. Thank you parents :)
